2.2.6. Technical information about the device (for example, device make and model, operating system name
and version, information about the CPU, disk space available, display resolution, firmware, software, mobile
service provider, Internet service provider, application API key, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI)
for Android, Android ID, Android serial number;

2.3. The following technical information and data can be obtained by the Developer with prior consent of User
by changing Users’ device settings:

3. OBJECTIVES OF COLLECTING USER PERSONAL INFORMATION
3.1. The Developer may use information about the User to:
3.1.1. the provision of services (including the development, delivery and improvement of software products,
services and contents, the adaptation of software products and services, the provision of updates and support, the
understanding and analysis of trends related to the use of the Application, the administration of the Application,
as well as communication with Users).
3.1.2. providing the User with the opportunity to communicate with other Users.
3.1.3. sending technical messages to the User, support service messages, updates, security warnings and
account notifications.
3.1.4. ensure the functioning, protection, improvement, and optimization of the Application and User interface,
including through information analysis and research.
3.1.5. display of advertising (including the display of third-party advertisements in the Application, as well as
the display of advertising of the Application in software products of other developers).
4. WAYS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION
4.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without any time limit, in any legal way, including
in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such means.
4.2. The User agrees that the Developer has the right to share collected information with third parties, including
those who provide analytics, tracking, advertising or any other third-party services that ensure the operation of
the Applications ("Partners"). Such information can be used to personally identify the User’s device (IDFA,
IDFV, advertising identifier and IP address) in order to provide services, display advertisements, conduct
analysis and research, as well as to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and campaigns of our
Partners. Moreover, the Developer’s liability for any breach of confidentiality through the fault of third parties is
limited to the amount of compensation received from the Partners.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION ABOUT CHILDREN
5.1. The only personal data necessary for the delivery of our services we collect from the Users who are
indicated to be under the age of 13 are the persistent identifiers (such as the device ID, IDFA, IDFV, advertising
ID, and IP address). Such permanent identifiers are used and disclosed to third parties exclusively to support
internal operations aimed at ensuring the display of contextual advertising (including limiting the frequency of
impressions).
5.2. Since the Applications are not aimed at children under 13 years old, the Developer does not knowingly
collect personal information from them, except for the identifiers specified in clause 5.1. of this Privacy Policy.
