This Privacy Policy and the processing of personal data (the "Privacy Policy") determines the procedure for

processing and protecting Users' personal information received by GreenDigital LLC Belgrade, a company

based in New Belgrade, Danila Lekića Španca 1/2, Republic of Serbia, the registration number of the company

is: 21729230, tax identification number: 112736747 ("Developer"), while using any Developers’ websites and

software that can run on computers of any type (including mobile devices) ("Applications").

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Use of the Applications means acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of personal

data

of the User.

1.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Applications.

1.3. This Privacy Policy applies to the Applications.

2. INFORMATION TO BE COLLECTED AND TECHNICAL DATA

2.1. Personal information authorized for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling

out any form in the Application and may include the following information:

2.1.1. Registration information (including first name, last name, middle name, passport data, bank card details,

date of birth, gender, email address, contact phone number, unique Google Account number, unique Facebook

account number of the User), year of birth and gender are requested only from Users who have passed the age

filter in the Application;

2.1.2. Profile information (including a photo of the User, knowledge of languages)

2.1.3. Information about third-party services. In cases of entering the Application through third-party services

(including, but not limited to Google, Facebook, WeChat, Telegram, Vkontakte), these third-party services may

transmit to the Developer information about the User, including but not limited to the basic information about

registration data, list of friends and data profile on these services. The set of transmitted information is

determined by these services or the privacy settings of the User on these services.

2.2. The following technical information and data can be obtained automatically by the Developer:

2.2.1. The IP address and country code;

2.2.2. IDFA and IDFV numbers and other advertising identifiers;

2.2.3. Time zone, session start and end time;

2.2.4. Connection status (Wi-Fi, etc.), browser extension types and versions;

2.2.5. User-agent string (UA), platform, SDK version, and time stamp;

2.2.6. Technical information about the device (for example, device make and model, operating system name

and version, information about the CPU, disk space available, display resolution, firmware, software, mobile

service provider, Internet service provider, application API key, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI)

for Android, Android ID, Android serial number;

2.2.7. Push notifications token;

2.3. The following technical information and data can be obtained by the Developer with prior consent of User

by changing Users’ device settings:

2.3.1. Access to data of location (GPS).

3. OBJECTIVES OF COLLECTING USER PERSONAL INFORMATION

3.1. The Developer may use information about the User to:

3.1.1. the provision of services (including the development, delivery and improvement of software products,

services and contents, the adaptation of software products and services, the provision of updates and support, the

understanding and analysis of trends related to the use of the Application, the administration of the Application,

as well as communication with Users).

3.1.2. providing the User with the opportunity to communicate with other Users.

3.1.3. sending technical messages to the User, support service messages, updates, security warnings and

account notifications.

3.1.4. ensure the functioning, protection, improvement, and optimization of the Application and User interface,

including through information analysis and research.

3.1.5. display of advertising (including the display of third-party advertisements in the Application, as well as

the display of advertising of the Application in software products of other developers).

4. WAYS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION

4.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without any time limit, in any legal way, including

in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such means.

4.2. The User agrees that the Developer has the right to share collected information with third parties, including

those who provide analytics, tracking, advertising or any other third-party services that ensure the operation of

the Applications ("Partners"). Such information can be used to personally identify the User’s device (IDFA,

IDFV, advertising identifier and IP address) in order to provide services, display advertisements, conduct

analysis and research, as well as to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and campaigns of our

Partners. Moreover, the Developer’s liability for any breach of confidentiality through the fault of third parties is

limited to the amount of compensation received from the Partners.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION ABOUT CHILDREN

5.1. The only personal data necessary for the delivery of our services we collect from the Users who are

indicated to be under the age of 13 are the persistent identifiers (such as the device ID, IDFA, IDFV, advertising

ID, and IP address). Such permanent identifiers are used and disclosed to third parties exclusively to support

internal operations aimed at ensuring the display of contextual advertising (including limiting the frequency of

impressions).

5.2. Since the Applications are not aimed at children under 13 years old, the Developer does not knowingly

collect personal information from them, except for the identifiers specified in clause 5.1. of this Privacy Policy.

If the Developer detects personal information of a child under 13 years old, in addition to a permanent identifier,

the Developer will take all reasonable steps to delete this information. If you find out that your child has

5.3. To ensure confidentiality and protect younger Users, a restriction is applied (for EU countries) after

downloading the Application. The functions that have the potential to collect and share User's personal data

(except for the persistent identifiers) will be disabled for the device IDs of the Users who do not meet the age

restriction. To ensure our Users' safety, it is impossible to change later the age indicated in the User profile.

6. TRANSBOUNDARY TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

6.1. The Developer, before starting the cross-border transfer of personal data, is obliged to make sure that the

foreign state in whose territory it is supposed to transfer personal data provides reliable protection of the rights

of Users.

7. COOKIE-FILES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

7.1. When using the Applications, the Developer uses cookies and similar technologies. To collect certain

information, the Developer uses automated tools, including cookies, including web beacons, tracking pixels,

browser analysis tools, server logs and mobile identifiers. In many cases, the information that the Developer

collects using cookies and other means are used without the possibility of identification by linking to personal

information. The Developer also grants the right to its Partners to use such tracking technologies or to attract

third parties to track the behavior of the User in the Application.

7.2. Third parties may use cookies, web beacons and other storage technologies to collect or retrieve information

from the Applications and use this information to provide measurement services and to display targeted

advertising. In the case of applications, third parties may receive or collect information from the Applications

and use this information to provide services for measuring and displaying targeted advertising.

8. ADDITIONAL TERMS

8.1. The Developer has the right to amend this Privacy Policy unilaterally.

8.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment it is posted on the Website unless otherwise

provided for in the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
